This Sustainable Development Policy defines the strategic direction of Follow me! Sp. z o.o. regarding environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) responsibilities, in alignment with the company’s core values and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

1. Environmental Responsibility

Follow me! Sp. z o.o. consistently implements solutions that mitigate the impact of its operations on the natural environment and foster the growth of modern and responsible mobility.

Our initiatives include, among others:

  • expanding our fleet of electric and hybrid vehicles,

  • monitoring $CO_2$ emissions,

  • optimizing travel routes,

  • training drivers in eco-driving techniques,

  • providing ridesharing services, such as BERBUS,

  • promoting group travel,

  • digitalizing processes, reducing paper consumption, and recycling,

  • waste segregation, employee training in this area, and proper labeling of bins,

  • reducing energy consumption and promoting energy efficiency in the office (LED lighting),

  • water conservation – utilizing an optimized vehicle washing procedure,

  • striving to use exclusively eco-friendly cleaning agents,

  • reducing $CO_2$ emissions by using ecological retreaded tires manufactured with Michelin REMIX technology,

  • aiming to equip the fleet parking lot with an electric vehicle charging station,

  • using eco-friendly promotional and advertising materials,

  • promoting and planning sustainable tourism, and participating in workshops and meetings organized by West Pomerania (Pomorze Zachodnie) and Żegluga Szczecińska,

  • collaborating with local suppliers.

2. Social Responsibility

Follow me! Sp. z o.o. is actively committed to initiatives supporting the local community, culture, education, as well as social and charitable causes.

We offer support through barter agreements, promotional campaigns, or by donating vouchers and advertising materials to organizations such as the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), DKMS, the “Mam Marzenie” (Make-A-Wish) Foundation, and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (TOZ) in Szczecin. We also back educational events like “Autism without a filter” (“Autyzm bez filtra”), “Green Cities”, and “AI CONNECT”, alongside various cultural and sporting events.

We collaborate with institutions such as the Pleciuga Theatre, the Słowianin Cultural Center, the Baltic Neopolis Orchestra, the Maritime University of Szczecin Choir, Pogoń Szczecin, the University of Szczecin, and the Maritime University of Szczecin.
