(EN) Contractual Transportation Terms
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Regulations have been drawn up pursuant to Article 4 of the Act of 15 November 1984 – Transport Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2000 No. 50 item 601, as amended), which defines the conditions of carriage of persons and goods performed by Follow Me! Sp. z o.o.
1.2. The terms used in these Regulations shall be understood as follows:
a) Follow me! – Follow Me! Sp. z o.o., al. Wojska Polskiego 184c/8, 71-256 Szczecin, District Court Szczecin – Centrum, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP 856-19-24-349, REGON 388175078, KRS 0000883930.
b) Passenger – a person using the transport service based on a valid ticket;
c) Carrier – an entity performing passenger transport based on permits and licenses issued by competent public authorities;
d) Ticket – a personal document authorizing travel and non-transferable;
e) Luggage – movable items taken by the passenger onto the bus;
f) Timetable – a schedule of coach services including departure times (local time), arrival times and stop names.
1.3. Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these “Contractual Conditions of Carriage”.
2. TICKET
2.1. The document authorizing travel is:
a) for office sales: “Ticket” or “Agreement – application” (hereinafter referred to as Ticket);
b) for online sales via www.followme.pl: a printout of the “Booking confirmation” (hereinafter referred to as Ticket).
2.2. Ticket price and validity period are determined by the Carrier.
2.3. A valid ticket must include:
a) passenger’s full name;
b) destination, date and time of departure;
c) carrier name;
d) ticket price paid.
2.4. The purchaser must verify ticket details.
2.5. Types of tickets:
a) One-way ticket – valid for a single journey;
b) Return ticket – valid for travel in both directions.
2.6. In case of cancellation of one direction in a return ticket, the difference between one-way and return fare is refunded minus applicable fees.
2.7. Promotional tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
2.8. The transport contract is concluded upon acceptance of the ticket by Follow me!.
2.9. Seat reservations are made without seat numbering.
2.10. The Passenger may change the departure date or destination within the Carrier’s offer, with payment or refund of price differences.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CARRIER
3.1. The Carrier undertakes to transport the Passenger and luggage as specified on the ticket.
3.2. The Carrier ensures proper travel conditions in accordance with safety and hygiene rules.
3.3. In case of vehicle failure, the Carrier will provide replacement transport.
3.4. For airport transfers, the Carrier is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information, traffic disruptions, weather, passenger delays, or flight changes.
3.5. Passengers are insured against accidents during travel (NNW).
3.6. The Carrier may refuse transport if the Passenger:
– is intoxicated or under influence;
– violates regulations;
– behaves dangerously or disruptively;
– lacks required documents;
– holds an invalid or forged ticket.
3.7. The Carrier may introduce transfers during the journey.
3.8. Child seats are not obligatory, but may be provided upon request if possible.
4. RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
4.1. Contract is concluded upon ticket issuance.
4.2. Telephone reservations are valid upon confirmation; online – upon receiving confirmation email.
4.3. Cancellation fees:
– 7–3 days before departure: 10%
– up to 2 days: 20%
– 1 day or same day: 95%
No refund if not reported in time.
4.4. Online refunds include additional fees.
4.5. First date change (up to 12h before departure) is free.
4.6. Ticket may be suspended up to 6 months.
4.7. Suspended tickets are non-refundable.
4.8. Promotional tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
4.9. No refund if ticket expired or original not presented.
5. ONLINE PAYMENTS
List of supported payment systems and cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
Refunds to card are made to the same account.
Reservation fee: 2%.
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PASSENGER
Passenger must:
– have a valid ticket;
– carry travel documents;
– arrive on time;
– follow crew instructions.
Passenger is liable for damages.
Smoking, alcohol and drugs are prohibited.
Complaints must be submitted in writing.
7. LUGGAGE
1 suitcase + hand luggage free.
Extra luggage: 19 PLN.
Special luggage requires prior agreement.
8. OTHER
Animals are prohibited, except assistance dogs under conditions.
Fee: 50 PLN one way.
Animals must be secured properly.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
Applicable law: Transport Law and Civil Code.
Regulations apply to licensed services.
Consent to marketing communication.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Follow Me! Sp. z o.o., al. Wojska Polskiego 184c/8, 71-256 Szczecin, District Court Szczecin – Centrum, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP 856-19-24-349, REGON 388175078, KRS 0000883930 is the data controller.
Data processed for contract and marketing purposes.
User has right to access and correct data.
