1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1.1. These Regulations are prepared based on Article 4 of the Act of November 15, 1984, the Transportation Law (consolidated text Dz. U. 2000 No. 50 item 601, as amended), which specifies the conditions of transportation of persons and goods carried out by B.P. Interglobus Tour.
1.2. The terms used in the Regulations shall be understood as follows:
a) B.P. Interglobus Tour – Biuro Podróży Interglobus Tour Sp. j. Tomasz Bloch, ul. Szczecińska 15 B/8, 72-100 Goleniów, Szczecin-Centrum District Court in Szczecin, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register KRS 0000346959 NIP 856-16-78-548 REGON 812419271.
b) Passenger – a person using the transportation service based on a valid ticket;
c) Carrier – B.P. Interglobus Tour performing passenger transportation based on permits and licenses issued by the appropriate public administration authorities;
d) Ticket – a personal document entitling to travel and cannot be transferred to another person;
e) Baggage – movable items taken by the traveler onto the bus;
f) Schedule – the plan of bus rides on the route, specifying the departure times from stops (local time), arrival times, and stop names.
1.3. Purchasing a ticket is equivalent to accepting the “Contractual Transportation Terms”.

2. TICKET
2.1. The document entitling to travel is:
a) in case of purchase at the office: “Ticket” or “Agreement – registration” hereinafter referred to as Ticket in these regulations;
b) in case of online purchase on the website: www.followme.pl a printout with “Reservation Confirmation” – hereinafter referred to as Ticket in these regulations.
2.2. The ticket price and its validity period are determined by the Carrier. The ticket price is set according to the current price list.
2.3. A valid ticket should contain:
a) the name and surname of the passenger identified with it during the trip;
b) the designation of the travel destination and the date and time of its commencement;
c) the name of the carrier and the stamp of the office issuing the ticket;
d) the amount paid for the ticket.
2.4. The ticket purchaser is obliged to verify the correctness of the data on the ticket.
2.5. Any changes to the ticket must be marked with the stamp and signature of the office making the change.
2.6. The Carrier offers the following types of tickets for sale:
a) One-way ticket – a ticket with a specified departure date entitling to travel one way from the starting point to the end point of the journey;
b) Round-trip ticket – a ticket entitling to travel both ways with specified departure dates in both directions;
c) OPEN ticket – a type of round-trip ticket entitling to travel both ways with the difference that the return date is determined by the ticket holder at any chosen time within the ticket validity period.
2.7. A round-trip ticket or an OPEN ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of the first journey. A one-way ticket is valid until the departure date.
2.8. In case of resignation from one direction of travel for a round-trip ticket (travel in both directions), the refund is the difference between the price of a one-way ticket (one-way travel) and the round-trip ticket, minus the costs specified in paragraph 4.3.
2.9. The OPEN ticket fee, if not used within 6 months from the date of purchase, is non-refundable.
2.10. A promotional ticket, i.e., a ticket with a price different from the regular one listed in the price list available on the website www.followme.pl, including but not limited to a ticket purchased through Groupon, a Happy Hours ticket, a 1zł ticket, is non-refundable and non-changeable.
2.11. OPEN tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
2.12. The transportation agreement comes into effect upon acceptance of the Ticket by B.P. Interglobus Tour.
2.13. Seat reservations on the vehicle are made without assigning a specific seat number.
2.14. The passenger has the right to change the transportation agreement in terms of the departure date and destination within the current offer of the Carrier. When changing the agreement, the passenger makes an additional payment or receives a refund of the ticket price difference.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CARRIER
3.1. The Carrier strives to carry the Passenger and their baggage on the route specified on the ticket.
3.2. The Carrier strives to provide Passengers with appropriate travel conditions, in accordance with safety and hygiene rules.
3.3. In case of vehicle breakdown, the Carrier will take all steps to provide a replacement means of transportation to continue the journey.
3.4. In case of airport transportation – the carrier is not responsible for damages or delays resulting from:
a) incorrect or incomplete information about the Passenger’s flight departure or arrival;
b) road traffic disruptions, border stops, road checks, bad weather conditions, delays of Passengers or other unforeseen events;
c) cancellations, changes, and delays of aircraft arrivals and departures.
3.5. The Carrier insures Passengers against the consequences of accidents (NNW) during the trip, but is not responsible for damages occurring outside the vehicle.
3.6. The Carrier has the right to refuse to take or leave a Passenger on the route if the Passenger:
a) is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
b) does not comply with the “Contractual Transportation Terms”;
c) behaves in a way that is bothersome to passengers or may threaten safety, punctuality, or continuity of transportation;
d) does not have the required documents for crossing borders, does not comply with customs or currency regulations, or without notifying the Carrier, transports items requiring longer customs clearance and thus may cause delays at the customs clearance of the bus or minibus at the border;
e) holds a ticket obtained in a manner inconsistent with applicable law or Carrier’s regulations or cannot prove that they are the person whose personal data is on the ticket;
f) the presented ticket shows signs of alteration or forgery;
g) B.P. Interglobus Tour has the right to refuse baggage transportation if, due to its size, nature, or type, its loading could delay the vehicle’s departure or affect the customs clearance time in such a way that it would result in the delayed arrival of the vehicle to the destination.
3.7. The Carrier reserves the right to introduce transfers during the trip for logistical or passenger safety reasons.
3.8. The Carrier, in accordance with the road traffic law, is not obliged to provide child seats for bus transportation. The Carrier, upon the client’s request and within its capabilities, will ensure the transportation of a child under the age of 12, not exceeding 150cm in height, in a protective seat or other child transportation device.

4. RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, AND TICKET CHANGES
4.1. The transportation agreement is concluded upon the ticket issuance.
4.2. In the case of telephone reservations, the agreement is concluded upon confirmation by the carrier’s employee. In the case of online reservations, it is concluded upon receiving the “Reservation Confirmation” at the provided email address.
4.3. In case of trip cancellation, the customer will incur a cancellation fee of:
a) up to 7 days before the departure date 10%;
b) up to 2 days before the departure date 20%;
c) up to 1 day before the departure or on the departure day 95%.
For trips not reported in the above terms and not utilized, no travel cost refunds are provided.
4.4. For ticket returns purchased online, an additional handling fee of 3% of the gross ticket value applies for domestic transfers, while for transfers to foreign accounts, the customer covers the full transaction costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount resulting from the transportation regulations, incurred from using transactional websites.
4.5. The first change of the departure date reported by phone or at the office up to 12 hours before departure or arrival is free of charge, fees for subsequent changes are determined individually, but the fee cannot exceed 50% of the travel price.
4.6. The passenger has the right to suspend the ticket for use at a later date up to one day before the trip. The ticket can be suspended on the selected section until the end of the ticket validity period, but no longer than 6 months from the date of the first trip.
4.7. A previously suspended ticket is non-refundable.
4.8. A ticket purchased at a promotional price, lower than the regular price, including but not limited to a ticket purchased via Groupon, a Happy Hours ticket, or a ticket for 1 PLN, is non-refundable and cannot be changed.

4.9. Ticket purchase costs are not refunded when:
a) the ticket has expired;
b) the ticket is damaged to the extent that it cannot be identified;
c) the passenger does not have the original ticket.

4.10. The rules for canceling or changing the date of an individual trip are specified in the “Terms of Service for Individual Trips” constituting attachments 1, 2, and 3 of these regulations.

5. ONLINE PAYMENTS

5.2. Supported payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro.
5.3. In the case of payment by credit card, all refunds are made to the account of that card.
5.4. In the case of reservations made online, a booking fee of 2% of the ticket value is added.

6. PASSENGER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The passenger is obliged to:
a) possess and present a valid ticket for the entire route;
b) possess documents allowing border crossing;
c) arrive punctually at the vehicle’s departure point. Failure to appear at the time of the scheduled departure is considered a cancellation of the trip;
d) comply with the instructions of the vehicle crew.

6.2. The passenger is responsible for damages caused to other passengers or the carrier.

6.3. A passenger who deliberately or negligently dirties the vehicle is required to pay the carrier an amount equal to the costs incurred by the carrier to fully repair the damage. If the damage causes the vehicle to be taken out of service, the passenger is also obliged to pay the carrier a contractual penalty of 500 PLN for each day the vehicle is out of service.

6.4. Smoking, consuming alcohol, and using intoxicants in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. This ban also applies to the use of e-cigarettes. Passengers who do not comply with the above-mentioned recommendations will be asked to leave the vehicle immediately.

6.5. Due to the specific nature of airport transfers – in the event of delays, changes, or any problems in finding the vehicle, please contact the emergency number (+48) 91 48 50 422. Any complaints will not be considered in the absence of telephone contact from the passenger.

6.6. The transport of children and their age must be reported in advance to the carrier due to safety requirements for child seats and boosters in vehicles other than buses.

6.7. Complaints should be submitted in writing.

6.8. A complaint should include:
a) the date the complaint was made;
b) the name and address of the carrier;
c) the name (or company name) and address of the person submitting the complaint;
d) the title and justification of the complaint;
e) the amount of the claim;
f) a list of attached documents;
g) the signature of the person authorized to submit the complaint.

6.9. If the submitted complaint does not meet the conditions mentioned above, the carrier will ask the complainant to correct the deficiencies within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request, with the instruction that failure to complete the deficiencies within this period will result in the complaint being left unrecognized. In such cases, the date of submission of the complaint is considered to be the date the carrier receives the completed complaint.

7. BAGGAGE

7.1. The passenger has the right to carry one piece of baggage up to 25 kg and one piece of hand luggage up to 5 kg free of charge. A fee of 10 PLN is charged for additional baggage. The carrier reserves the right to decide on the acceptance of additional baggage, subject to the availability of space in the luggage compartments.
7.2. It is possible to transport baggage with unusual dimensions, such as bicycles, skis, and surfboards, but only after prior agreement with the carrier.

8. OTHER

8.1. The transport of animals is prohibited. In exceptional cases, the carrier may agree to transport a small animal (dog, cat up to 4 kg).
8.2. The transported animal must have a passport, a microchip, and veterinary tests required for entry into the destination country.
8.3. A fee of 50 PLN is charged for transporting an animal in one direction when purchasing a ticket.
8.4. The transported animal must be properly secured with a leash and muzzle and be placed in an appropriate cage, kennel, or bag. The transport of the animal must be conducted in a manner that does not disturb the journey of other passengers.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. In matters not regulated by the provisions of these regulations, the provisions of the Carriage Law and the Civil Code shall apply.
9.2. The provisions of the regulations apply to licensed bus transportation carried out only by vehicles under the disposition of B.P. Interglobus Tour or vehicles of partner companies and subcontractors.
9.3. I agree to receive information about news and promotions from B.P. Interglobus Tour via email and to have my personal data processed for this purpose by B.P. Interglobus Tour.

10. SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

10.1. The administrator of the personal data of the Service Users is B.P. Interglobus Tour. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data – Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended), personal data is stored and processed by B.P. Interglobus Tour with appropriate security measures, meeting the requirements of Polish law.
10.2. Service users consent to the processing of their personal data by B.P. Interglobus Tour necessary to fulfill the concluded contract and for marketing purposes.
10.3. Providing personal data is voluntary.
10.4. During the processing of data, the person to whom the data pertains has the right to access and correct the data.
10.5. The provisions of these regulations come into force on 01.06.2020.
