Appendix 3 to the Terms and Conditions of Carriage
I. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE AT FOLLOW ME!
These Regulations have been drawn up pursuant to Article 4 of the Act of 15 November 1984 – Transport Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2000 No. 50 item 601, as amended), which defines the conditions of carriage of persons and goods performed by Follow Me! limited liability company.
The terms used in these Regulations shall be understood as follows:
Follow me! – Follow Me! Sp. z o.o., al. Wojska Polskiego 184c/9, 71-256 Szczecin, Sąd Rejonowy Szczecin – Centrum w Szczecinie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego KRS 0000883930 NIP 856-19-24-349 REGON 388175078.
Passenger – a person using the transport service based on a valid ticket;
Carrier – Follow me! performing passenger transport on the basis of permits and licenses issued by competent public authorities;
Ticket – a personal, non-transferable document entitling the holder to travel;
Luggage – movable items taken by the passenger onto the bus.
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of the “Contractual Conditions of Carriage”.
TICKET
1.1 The document authorizing travel is:
– for office sales: a “Ticket” or “Agreement – application” (hereinafter referred to as Ticket);
– for online sales via www.followme.pl: a printout of the “Booking Confirmation” (hereinafter referred to as Ticket).
1.2 The ticket price and validity period are determined by the Carrier according to the current price list.
1.3 The ticket includes transport of two pieces of luggage: one main luggage item (up to 32 kg) and one hand luggage item (up to 15 kg).
1.4 A valid ticket must include:
– passenger’s full name;
– destination, date and time of departure;
– carrier’s name and issuing office stamp;
– amount paid for the ticket.
1.5 The purchaser is obliged to verify the correctness of ticket data.
1.6 Types of tickets:
– One-way ticket – valid for a single journey;
– Return ticket – valid for travel in both directions.
1.7 A return ticket is valid for 6 months from the first journey. A one-way ticket is valid until the departure date.
1.8 If one direction of a return ticket is cancelled, the difference between one-way and return fare is refunded, minus fees specified in section 3.
1.9 Promotional tickets (including Groupon, Happy Hours, PLN 1 tickets) are non-refundable and non-changeable.
1.10 The transport contract is concluded upon acceptance of the Ticket by Follow me!.
1.11 The Passenger may change the departure date and destination within the Carrier’s offer, with payment or refund of the price difference.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CARRIER
2.1 The Carrier undertakes to perform the transport as specified on the ticket.
2.2 The Carrier ensures appropriate travel conditions in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
2.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, replacement transport will be provided.
2.4 For airport transfers, the Carrier is not liable for delays or damages caused by:
– incorrect or incomplete flight information;
– traffic disruptions, border delays, inspections, weather conditions, passenger delays or force majeure;
– flight cancellations, changes or delays.
2.5 Passengers are insured against accidents during travel, but the Carrier is not liable for incidents outside the vehicle.
2.6 The Carrier may refuse transport if the Passenger:
– is intoxicated or under the influence of substances;
– violates the Regulations;
– behaves in a disruptive or dangerous manner;
– lacks required documents;
– holds an unlawfully obtained or forged ticket.
The Carrier may also refuse luggage if it could delay departure or border procedures.
2.6 (second) The Carrier reserves the right to introduce transfers for logistical or safety reasons.
2.7 The Carrier is not obliged to provide child seats, but may do so upon request within available capacity.
RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
3.1 The contract is concluded upon ticket issuance.
3.2 Telephone reservations are confirmed upon acceptance; online reservations upon receiving confirmation email.
3.3 Cancellation fees:
– 7–3 days before departure: 10%
– up to 2 days: 20%
– 1 day or same day: 95%
3.4 No refund for unused, unreported journeys.
3.5 Online refunds include a 3% handling fee (domestic transfers) or full transaction costs (international transfers).
3.6 First date change (up to 12 hours before) is free; subsequent changes up to 50% of ticket price.
3.7 Ticket may be suspended up to one day before travel, for max. 6 months.
3.8 Suspended tickets are non-refundable.
3.9 Promotional tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
3.10 No refund if ticket expired or original not presented.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
4.1 Supported payment methods: mTransfer, Blik, iPKO, ING, Pekao24, Przelewy24, Millennium, Alior, Credit Agricole, Inteligo, T-Mobile Banking, Citi Handlowy, Idea Bank, Pocztowy, Getin, BOŚ, Volkswagen Bank, SGB PBS, Plus Bank, Noble Bank, SkyCash, Toyota Bank, Cooperative Bank Wschowa, Lucas Bank.
4.2 Supported cards: American Express, Visa, Google Pay, MasterCard, Maestro.
4.3 Refunds for card payments are made to the same account.
BERBUS SERVICE – GENERAL TERMS
This document defines the conditions of the BERBUS shared transfer service. The service combines several passengers traveling at similar times to/from Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
Passengers are collected from addresses specified by them at a time determined by Follow me!, which may differ by up to 2 hours from the preferred departure time.
INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION
BERBUS is a ridesharing service aligned with sustainable mobility trends. Users define journey parameters via www.followme.pl, and Follow me! organizes a shared transfer so all passengers reach airport check-in on time.
The service is provided by modern minibuses or vans with free Wi-Fi. Follow me! reserves the right to change the vehicle type if necessary.
TERMS OF BERBUS SERVICE
2.1 Booking process
Booking is made via the BERBUS section on www.followme.pl. The user provides: pickup location, destination, date, preferred departure time, and number of passengers. Additional options include child seats, equipment, and extra luggage.
After payment, confirmation is sent by email. Final pickup time is confirmed the day before departure.
2.2 Passenger pickup
Pickup times are determined by Follow me! based on flight schedules. Driver waiting time in exceptional situations is max. 10 minutes.
BERBUS stops at Terminal T1 arrivals (Berlin Airport).
Travel within Szczecin typically takes ~30 minutes (max 45 minutes).
If travel exceeds 45 minutes, the user receives a 50% discount on the next BERBUS trip (excluding certain areas).
2.3 Payment
100% prepayment required. For phone bookings: payment at least 48h before travel.
2.4 COVID-19 procedures
Ticket purchase implies acceptance of COVID-19 procedures available on the Follow me! website.
