Terms and Conditions for Individual Transport Services Follow me! – SMART Taxi

Appendix No. 2 to the Contractual Transport Conditions


I. GENERAL INFORMATION

This document sets out the terms and conditions under which Follow me! provides an individual transfer service to the User placing an order on their own behalf or on behalf of themselves and Passengers. The service consists of transporting the User by means of a Follow me! vehicle together with a driver from the pickup location specified by the User to the specified destination.


II. SMART TAXI

1. INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION

1.1 Do you value the comfort of individual SMART Taxi transfers? This is a flagship service of Follow me! Your journey will be carried out in a modern Mercedes V-Class or a vehicle of another brand of the same standard. The service will be provided by an experienced driver. During the journey, you will be able to use free Wi-Fi.

1.2 In order to ensure the highest level of safety for passengers and company employees, we have implemented special sanitary procedures to counteract COVID-19. Therefore, some services (e.g. pickup directly at the arrivals gate) may be suspended or provided optionally.


2. TERMS OF SERVICE

2.1. PLACING AN ORDER

Orders from individual customers should be sent to: biuro@followme.pl. Orders from companies should be sent to: rezerwacje@followme.pl. The order must include the following details: passenger’s full name, contact phone number, exact pickup address, exact destination address, and flight time and number in the case of airport transfers.

A Follow me! employee confirms acceptance of the SMART Taxi request and simultaneously sends confirmation of service execution, including the date, address and time of pickup as well as the fare.

Follow me! guarantees acceptance and execution of orders submitted at least two days before the start of the journey. Orders submitted within a shorter time frame are confirmed depending on vehicle availability.

Orders placed within 24 hours or less before the start of the journey result in a 10% increase in the fare.


2.2. PASSENGER PICKUP

The pickup time is selected by the customer during the booking process.

For SMART Taxi services, the driver remains at the passenger’s disposal and waits in case of delays. The first 30 minutes of waiting time are free of charge. Each subsequent commenced hour is charged at PLN 39 gross.

Airport pickup takes place at the arrivals gate or another designated location at the airport after prior contact with the passenger. The customer will be informed of any change by SMS or phone.

The SMART Taxi fare includes pickup from two addresses within the city of Szczecin. Each additional pickup is subject to a fee of PLN 9 gross. Pickups from outside Szczecin are subject to individual pricing provided by the Follow me! employee.

For pickups in Berlin, the fare includes pickup from one address. Each additional pickup is subject to a fee of PLN 49 gross (second airport) or PLN 29 gross (another address in Berlin).


2.2.1 TRANSPORT OF ANIMALS

Transport of small dogs is allowed. Pet carriers must be used. Transport of animals is subject to an additional fee of PLN 29.


2.3. PUNCTUALITY GUARANTEE

Always on time at the specified address – this is one of Follow me!’s key priorities. If the pickup delay exceeds 10 minutes and the customer or passenger has not been informed, the transfer will be provided free of charge.


2.4. CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDER

The customer may cancel a SMART Taxi order free of charge up to 3 hours before the journey starting in Szczecin and up to 6 hours before journeys starting in Berlin or Goleniów. Cancellations after this time are charged 100% of the fare. After office hours, cancellations must be made by phone at: +48 600 499 411.

The customer may change the pickup time free of charge up to 3 hours before the original journey start (Szczecin) or up to 6 hours before (Berlin or Goleniów). Changes after this deadline are treated as cancellations. A request for a new time is treated as a new booking.


2.5. PAYMENT

Payment terms for SMART Taxi correspond to previously agreed corporate terms. For individual customers, 100% prepayment is required.
