Terms of provision of individual journey services Follow me! – Business Taxi
Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of Contractual Transport Conditions
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
This document outlines the terms of service for Follow me! regarding individual rides provided to the User, who makes a booking for themselves or on behalf of themselves and Passengers. The service involves transporting the User using a Follow me! car along with a driver from the specified pick-up location to the designated destination.
The service is offered in the following class: Business Class
II. BUSINESS TAXI
1. INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION
1.1 Do you appreciate the comfort of individual Business Taxi rides? This is the flagship service of Follow me! Your ride will be serviced by a modern Mercedes E-class or another car of the same standard. The service will be carried out by an experienced driver who will pick you up at the airport from the arrivals gate. During the ride, you will be able to use free Wi-Fi.
1.2. To ensure the maximum level of safety for passengers and company employees, we have implemented special sanitary procedures to counteract COVID-19. As a result, some services (e.g., pick-up directly from the arrivals gate) may be suspended or offered optionally.
2. TERMS OF SERVICE
2.1. PLACING AN ORDER
Orders from individual customers should be sent to biuro@followme.pl. Orders from companies should be sent to rezerwacje@followme.pl. The order must include: the passenger’s first and last name, contact phone number, exact pick-up address, exact drop-off address, time, and flight number in the case of transfers to or from the airport.
A Follow me! employee confirms the receipt of the Business Taxi ride request and simultaneously sends a service confirmation, including the date, address, and time of passenger pick-up and the ride price.
Follow me! guarantees the acceptance and execution of orders placed at least two days before the start of the journey. Orders placed in a shorter time are confirmed depending on vehicle availability.
An order for passenger transport placed within 24 hours or less before the start of the journey results in a 10% increase in the ride price.
2.2. PASSENGER PICK-UP
The pick-up time for each passenger is determined by Follow me!, considering the time needed to reach the destination. In the case of airport transfers, the time needed for airport check-in is also considered.
In business class rides, the driver remains at the passenger’s disposal and waits for them even in the event of delays caused by the passenger. The first 30 minutes of waiting for the passenger are free of charge. Each subsequent hour started is charged at 39 PLN gross.
Passenger pick-up from the airport takes place at the arrivals gate unless sanitary regulations and epidemic restrictions require a different location. The client will be informed of any location change via SMS or phone call.
The Business Taxi ride price includes pick-up of passengers from two addresses within the city of Szczecin. Each additional pick-up is subject to a fee of 9 PLN gross. Each pick-up from an address outside of Szczecin is subject to an individual quotation provided by the Follow me! employee receiving the order.
In the case of pick-ups from Berlin, the ride price includes picking up passengers from one address. Each additional pick-up is subject to a fee of 49 PLN gross for pick-ups from a second airport and 29 PLN for pick-ups from another address in Berlin.
2.2.1 TRANSPORT OF ANIMALS
The transport of small dogs is allowed. Animal carriers must be used for this purpose.
2.3. PUNCTUALITY GUARANTEE
Always on time at the specified address – this is one of Follow me!’s main priorities. According to this principle, if a passenger pick-up delay lasts longer than 10 minutes, and the ordering party or passenger has not been informed of the expected delay, the ride will be provided free of charge.
2.4. CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDER
The client has the right to cancel the Business Taxi order at no cost up to 3 hours before the journey starting in Szczecin and up to 6 hours before the journey starting in Berlin. Cancellations made after this period are subject to a fee of 100% of the price.
The client has the right to change the ride time at no cost up to 3 hours before the start of the original order in the case of journeys starting in Szczecin and up to 6 hours before the start of the original order in the case of journeys starting in Berlin. Changing the requested ride time after this period is equivalent to canceling the ride. A request for a new time is treated as a new inquiry and is subject to a new order acceptance process.
2.5. PAYMENT
The payment terms for the ordered Business Taxi ride correspond to the terms previously negotiated by companies. For individual clients, a 100% prepayment is required.
